This garden measures 7.5m x 5m and could be viewed as an add-on to a dining area, or similar.  Whilst greatly restricted for space and therefore the range of activities offered, it still remains with the key principle of providing space for either passive sitting or active gardening in the form of a garden club area.

Likely cost of materials is between £3,500 - £4,500, plus labour at approximately £2,500 - £3,500.

The pack contains the following information:

• A coloured perspective drawing indicating layout and finished constructed garden.
• A coloured planting plan, fully itemised and scheduled.
• A hard landscape drawing of the garden, fully itemised and scheduled.
• A detailed topsoil drawing showing all the varying depths required for your garden.
• Pathway details and construction design
• Raised bed details containing information on layout and infill requirements.
• Selected photographs of recommended items for your garden.
• Fully itemised instructions and a schedule of quantities.  This includes information on the following:

• Turfing
• Planting
• Planting schedule
• Hardscape features
• Topsoil and mulching
• Supply and spreading of topsoil

As well as buying the above information, we realise that you are taking on an important development of your home.  That development requires help, guidance and support from time to time.

As well as buying the pack, Tim Lynch Associates will provide a free telephone or e-mail service to answer any queries you or your external contractors may have.  This support is free for a 12-month period from the time you buy the pack.

Whilst our design information packs will cover most of the required information to construct a secure dementia garden, not all care homes will fit the areas provided.  Some homes may have larger budgets and bigger spaces.  Therefore, please contact us to discuss how we can help you and provide you with a more individual garden for your personal requirements.

Once you have chosen the garden for your home and you have confirmed that you have read the Terms and Conditions, payment can be made by cheque sent to this office, made payable to Tim Lynch Associates.

The price of the pack, including postage and 12 months support, is £595 plus VAT

1. No refund offered once pack has been issued from this office
2. Any complaint to be sent in writing to this office within seven days.
3. No copying of contents unless by written permission or license agreement.
4. Support via telephone/e-mail is provided solely during the construction period and 6 months after completion.
5. Free support is given up to12 months after purchase date.
